บทคัดย่อ

โดยส่วนใหญ่แล้ว คนเรามักจะชอบเสพสิ่งที่ทำให้ตนเองบันเทิง ผ่อนคลาย และสนุกสนาน เกมจึงมีบทบาทสำคัญในการตอบสนองความต้องการดังกล่าว ในบริบทด้านสุขภาพ นอกจากเกมจะสามารถทำให้คนเรารู้สึกบันเทิงและสนุกแล้ว เกมยังสามารถทำให้เกิดการเรียนรู้และความเข้าใจที่ดีขึ้น ชักจูงใจ และทำให้เกิดการเปลี่ยนแปลงพฤติกรรมได้อีกด้วย ในบรรดาประเภทของเกมที่เน้นการให้ความรู้และความเข้าใจ เกมคิดไตร่ตรอง ถูกนำมาอธิบาย เนื่องจากความนิยมในการนำมาใช้ใน บริบทการดูแลสุขภาพ และการสาธารณสุข ตลอดจนในบริบทอื่นๆ บทความนี้ยังได้มีการยกตัวอย่างเกมคิดไตร่ตรอง เช่น การหลีกหนีจากเมืองดิแอป ยาพิษที่ลึกลับ และสตรีทไวซ์ และยังมีการอภิปรายอนาคต และความท้าทาย ของเกมคิดไตร่ตรองเพื่อการสื่อสารสุขภาพด้วยเช่นกัน
