การสร้างองค์การแห่งนวัตกรรมเพื่อขับเคลื่อนสู่ความเป็นเลิศขององค์การ

บทคัดย่อ

องค์การแห่งนวัตกรรมนั้นเป็นองค์การที่มุ่งเน้นให้เกิดการสร้างนวัตกรรมในองค์การ โดยมีการบริหารจัดการด้วยการริเริ่มสิ่งใหม่หรือการพัฒนาปรับปรุงวิธีการปฏิบัติ ผลิตภัณฑ์ บริการ โครงสร้างองค์การและกระบวนการดำเนินงาน ซึ่งมีองค์ประกอบที่สำคัญจากการขับเคลื่อนองค์การด้วยผู้นำแห่งการเปลี่ยนแปลงที่ส่งเสริมความคิดสร้างสรรค์ การสร้างบรรยากาศแห่งนวัตกรรม การบริหารทรัพยากรมนุษย์ ทีมงานและการจัดการความรู้ มีโครงสร้างองค์การแบบแนวราบและยืดหยุ่น สามารถกระจายอำนาจได้อย่างทั่วถึง รวมไปถึงการวิเคราะห์ปัจจัยภายนอกองค์การที่เป็นส่วนประกอบสำคัญในการขับเคลื่อนองค์การสู่ความเป็นเลิศ เป็นการปฏิรูปองค์การเพื่อประเมินผลและปรับปรุงการดำเนินงานขององค์การภายใต้แนวคิดของการบริหารจัดการคุณภาพโดยรวม ให้เกิดผลลัพธ์ด้านลูกค้า ด้านบุคลากร ด้านสังคมและด้านธุรกิจ นอกจากนี้ การประเมินผลด้านนวัตกรรมควรมีการจัดกระทำที่รวดเร็วและง่ายต่อการใช้งาน ทำให้เข้าใจถึงภาพรวมด้านรูปธรรม เช่น รายได้จากลูกค้าใหม่ งบประมาณด้านนวัตกรรม เป็นต้น และภาพรวมด้านนามธรรม เช่น ความรู้ความเข้าใจของพนักงาน สภาพแวดล้อมในการทำงานและนวัตกรรมทางวัฒนธรรม เป็นต้น เพื่อสร้างองค์การแห่งนวัตกรรมที่มีความแตกต่างและมีความเป็นเลิศในการแข่งขันและยั่งยืน
