บทคัดย่อ
การแพร่ระบาดของเชื้อไวรัสโคโรนา 2019 ส่งผลให้หน่วยงานระดับนานาชาติและระดับชาติออกมาตรการเพื่อป้องกันการแพร่ระบาดของโรค ซึ่งมาตรการดังกล่าวส่งผลกระทบต่อกระบวนการการจัดการท่าอากาศยานอย่างมาก ทำให้ต้องมีการปรับตัวด้านการให้บริการที่คำนึงถึงความปลอดภัยด้านสุขอนามัยเพิ่มมากขึ้น รวมทั้งการนำเทคโนโลยีเข้ามาปรับใช้เพื่อตอบสนองรูปแบบการเดินทางแบบ “ชีวิตวิถีใหม่” โดยบทความนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อวิเคราะห์การปรับเปลี่ยนการจัดการการดำเนินงานท่าอากาศยานอันเนื่องมาจากผลกระทบที่เกิดขึ้นจากการมาตรการของหน่วยงานรัฐ เพื่อป้องกันการแพร่ระบาดของโรค และผลกระทบจากชีวิตวิถีใหม่ในการเดินทางที่เกิดขึ้นกับท่าอากาศยาน
