Fiscal Management Under The New Public Management Ideas

บทคัดย่อ

This article discusses about the role of the government in a new public management form relating to the management planning process, and the principle of public service management. This article focuses on fiscal management, in which the effective management will be able to drive the sustainable economics in the society. The administration approach, scope of management and fiscal organization are also presented. All these will be applied to public administration to achieve an effective management in the future.

การบริหารการคลังภายใต้แนวคิดการจัดการภาครัฐแนวใหม่

บทความนี้กล่าวถึงบทบาทหน้าที่ของภาครัฐในรูปแบบการจัดการภาครัฐแนวใหม่ ที่จะต้องศึกษากระบวนการหลักการวางแผนการบริหาร เพื่อเป็นหลักพื้นฐานของการจัดการด้านงานบริการสาธารณะ ในที่นี้ได้แก่การบริหารการคลัง ซึ่งการบริหารการคลังที่มีประสิทธิภาพจะสามารถขับเคลื่อนให้เกิดความยั่งยืนของเศรษฐกิจในสังคม โดยนำเสนอแนวทางการบริหารขอบข่ายการบริหาร และกรอบการจัดระเบียบการคลังที่จะสามารถนำมาประยุกต์ใช้กับการบริหารภาครัฐในปัจจุบัน เพื่อให้เกิดการบริหารงานที่มีประสิทธิภาพได้ต่อไป
