The Management theory to Good Governance in the Organization

Abstract

Organizational management to achieve the results or organizational goals and objectives effectively and efficiently. The theory of management processes that has been formulated by theorists has been applied since the past. And is widely accepted today both academically and applied in organizational management. Since the Gulick and Urwic's POSDCoRB   management process theory, Henri Fayol's POCCC management theory, Louis A. Allen, and Richard L. Daft's POLC theory have led to good governance in public organizations. And it is expanding to private organizations. It is a theory of organizational management and principles of integrated governance, a similar principle, and aims to achieve the same effective and efficient organizational management goals. Therefore, each organization can be applied, especially the principles of good governance that have integrated theories and principles of good management covering all aspects and have clear indicators that can be applied in each context of the organization.
