Submissions

As part of the submission process, authors are required to check off their submission's compliance with all of the following items, and submissions may be returned to authors that do not adhere to these guidelines.

• The submission has not been previously published, nor is it before another journal for consideration (or an explanation has been provided in Comments to the Editor).
• The submission file is in OpenOffice, Microsoft Word, or RTF document file format.
• 3. Published articles Must be an article that demonstrates academic quality and useful in theory or practice.
  The content of the article and the writing style must be in accordance with the objectives of the journal. It has been considered and approved by a qualified person (Peer Review) who is an expert in that field, 3 persons per 1 article, and has continuous research results. by using a non-disciple evaluation between the author and the assessor. (double blinded)
• 4. The editorial board may submit the results of the expert's assessment for the author to make additional corrections.
• 5. The editorial team reserves the right to edit the format of articles submitted for publication. The author agrees to let the editorial team edit the completeness of the article and agree to comply with the conditions set by the editorial team.
• 6. In the event that an independent assessor (Peer Review) has a resolution for the author of the work to revise.
  The works are requested to authors to revise and submit the revised work to the journal editor within 7 days from the date of receiving the recommendation for revision. If the conditions are not met, your article will be postponed to be published in another issue which will be delayed from the original schedule.
• 7. In the event that an independent assessor (Peer Review) considers and concludes that it cannot be published. The journal will clearly notify the author of the article in writing.
• 8. Articles published in journals are the copyright and responsibility of the author of the work. The editorial board is not responsible for the content or accuracy of all submissions.
