Conflict Management in Agricultural Organizations
Main Article Content
Abstract
This article aims to explain conflict management within agricultural organizations. These organizations focus on collaborative efforts among members to enhance knowledge and productivity, ultimately contributing to sustainable agricultural practices. Conflicts in agricultural organizations are inevitable, often arising from differences in goals, work methods, or resource allocation. If not appropriately managed, such conflicts can undermine organizational efficiency and unity. However, constructive conflict management can transform these issues into opportunities for organizational development. The five approaches to conflict management include collaboration, accommodation, competition, avoidance, and compromise, with consideration given to the values and outcomes derived from each approach. These include fostering unity, developing problem-solving strategies, enhancing agricultural production efficiency, promoting a cooperative atmosphere, improving communication effectiveness, and creating an environment supporting agricultural organizations' sustainable development. Relevant research and theories support this analysis and substantiate the discussion, making this article a vital tool for effectively applying conflict management strategies within agricultural organizations.
