Community Enterprise Management for Success

Abstract
Community enterprises are and important mechanism for the economic and social development of Thailand. They focus on the use of local resources effectively to generate income and economic stability for the community through product development from local resources and wisdom. For example, the processing of agricultural products, which is a unique product that not only generates revenue and reduces the migration of the people in the community but also helps strengthen social, cultural, and environmental. Promoting and supporting community enterprises stimulating the grassroots economy will help increase social cooperation and preserve local culture through the use of an effective management system. They also help reduce social inequality and create sustainable economic opportunities for rural areas. As for the support of the public and private sectors, it helps to strengthen the community enterprise and help Thailand achieve sustainable development goals in many dimensions of the economy, society, culture, and the environment. The success requires clear management, in which the enterprises can plan and manage their resources effectively. Good business planning will help determine the operational direction and cost management, help control costs, and increase profits. At the same time, good management is effective and will help create a production system and distribution of products that are ready to compete in the market effectively. The 4M management concept helps community enterprises to be clearer, consisting of Man (Personnel), Machinery, Material , and Methods. It is an important tool that connects all parts of the enterprise to work together efficiently. In addition, the appropriate strategy is adopted by strengthening and creating a network between communities and external agencies, including the promotion of marketing skills and resource management effectively. Moreover, the development of group management should emphasize the reinforcement of internal strength through the adoption of the Community-based Management approach, which empowers local members to participate actively in decision-making and resource management processes. Successful community enterprises must develop and adjust according to the market changes. Including bringing new innovations and technology used in the production process and distribution, which helps the community’s products to be interesting and competitive in both domestic and international markets. In addition, maintaining the uniqueness of local products and development in accordance with sustainable development guidelines is an important factor that helps strengthen the long-term success of the community enterprise.
