Abstract

Gaining competitive advantage literally contributed to more efficiency and sustainability for an organization over other business competitors, and there were several factors affecting competitive advantage. In this regard, this research aimed at analyzing external factors affecting sustainable competitive-advantage of community enterprises. In this study, 271 village-fund members living in Kanchanaburi province were selected as a sample, a questionnaire was chosen as the research instrument, and descriptive statistics, inferential statistics, and factor analysis were used for data analysis. The results showed that external factors affecting sustainable competitive-advantage of community enterprises in Kanchanaburi province consisted of 4 components including economic policy-making, customer relationship marketing ( CRM) , purchase decision, and production qualitymanagement. Statistically, a total variance could describe indicators at 66.12%.
