Abstract

This research aims to examine the level of quality of work life and organizational commitment of the civil servants at Ministry of Economy and Finance, Cambodia; and the relationship between quality of work life and organizational commitment of the civil servants. Self-administered questionnaire was employed as a research instrument and distributed to 220 civil servants stratified by the work category. The findings indicated that both quality of work life and the organizational commitment were at high level of satisfaction among the civil servants. The finding further illustrated the positive relationship between Quality of Work Life and Organizational Commitment of Cambodian civil servants at Ministry of Economy and Finance, Cambodia.
