Main Article Content
Abstract
The objective of this study was to determine changes in paddy quality when stored in a steel silo for
4 months during the dry season. The paddy used for the study was 31.8 tons of Khao Dok Mali 105 variety
with 11.8 % (wb) initial moisture content. The results indicate that period of storage, direction in silo, and both
horizontal and vertical depth of paddy in silo significantly affect paddy quality but to a small extent.
