Abstract

The data was obtained from marketing research with sample size of 342 for customers and 60 for dealers in Udon Thani. The results indicate that the favorite products were ground spicy squid and baked squid. The anticipated demand for the products was 300 kg per day. The investment was 25,824,815 baht and the working capital was 11,944,495 Baht. The IRR was found at 40.35 % which was more than MARR (19.85%). The NPV was 28,835,736 Baht at 16% discount rate. The payback period was 2 years, 9 months and 5 days. The project was sensitive to sales volume. In conclusion, the results confirm that there was a high feasibility to set up a squid products factory in Songkhla
