Abstract

The purposes of this research were: 1) to investigate expertsû opinion on online lessons, 2) to develop and find out the efficiency of the online lessons on Webpage Development with Dreamweaver for the Central Regional Non-formal Education Online Students, 3) to compare student achievement score before and after taking the online lessons, 4) to investigate studentsÕ opinions towards the online lessons and 5) to investigate the satisfaction level of the students towards the online lessons. The results of the research were as follows. The experts agreed that good online lessons should be interesting enough to capture the attention of users. They should be arranged from easy to difficult. Enough exercises should be included. The efficiency of the 9 online lessons was 77.49/76.87, which was higher than the 75/75 criteria. The student achievement score of the pretest was significantly higher than that of the posttest at the level of 0.05. The opinion of the students towards the 9 online lessons was classified as good. And the satisfaction rate of the students towards the 9 online lessons was at a high level.
