Financial literacy of teachers
Main Article Content
Abstract
This Financial Literacy is examined across five core components: Financial Knowledge, Financial Management Skills, Financial Attitudes & Values, Financial Behavior, and Financial Decision-Making. The Priority Needs Index (PNI Modified) will be used to prioritize necessary development areas. The anticipated outcomes include empirical data for strategic personnel development planning at the district level, leading to clear development guidelines integrating five key components of Teacher Professional Development (TPD). This development is crucial for enhancing teachers' economic stability and quality of life, enabling them to serve as authentic role models for students and the community regarding sound financial management.
