从“新冠肺炎”及其衍生新造词角度对比中泰社会价值观 A Comparison of Social Values Between China and Thailand Using “COVID-19” and Its Related New Words

摘要

本文从2020与2021年中国国家语言资源监测与研究中心与商务印书馆联合主办的       “汉语盘点”年度十大新词语中选取热度最高的6个与“新冠肺炎”相关的汉语新造词,同时在   泰国谷歌趋势榜中选取热搜趋势度最高的6个与“COVID-19”相关的泰语新造词,根据语言模因理论分析新造词的形成条件、传播渠道、传播机制与方式、触发语境等四个方面,探究对比在新冠疫情蔓延的背景下,中泰两国人民社会价值观的异同。本文研究发现,中国政府与人民更关注对疫情的抗击,热搜中的新造词都与援助疫区相关,体现了以集体主义为主的社会价值观。相对于疫情,泰国政府与人民更忧心经济,热搜的新造词绝大部分是政府发放救济金的措施,这些措施能让人民获得救济,也鼓励人民消费,与安享快乐、喜爱消费的社会价值观一致,是以个人为中心的价值观的反映。
