The Development of Learning Package to Enhance Teacher Characteristics in Moral and Ethic

Abstract
The purposes of this research were toconstructa set of learning activities package to enhance the moral character of the teacher,find the effectiveness of the learning activities package, and tocompare the morality and ethics of the Faculty of Education students before and after using the learning activity package.The sample were consisted 1st-4th year students of the Faculty of Education, Chiang Mai Rajabhat University in academic year 2560. The 40 samples were selected by Cluster Random Sampling. The research instruments included 1) a set of learning activities package to enhance the moralcharacter of the teacher and 2) the evaluation of the characteristics of teachers as moral. The data were analyzed by the efficiency of the learning activity package to enhance the moral ethics (E1/E2) as 80/80 criteria. The data were analyzed by means of standard deviation and t-test for the dependent variable.
The finding reveal that;the 4 packages of Learning activities package for 1st-4th students who study in Bachelor of Education, set 1: Loving kindness, set 2: Responsibility, Set3: Honesty and Set 4: Good Role Model. The effectiveness of the learning activities packageto enhance the moral character of the teacher is equal to 95.33/83.23. And before and after using the learning activity packages to enhance the moral character of the teachers, there was difference a statistically significant at the .01 level.
