Publication Ethics:
1. Author Roles and Responsibilities:
1) Authors have to certify that the proposed article for publication has never been published and is not in the process of pending publication in any journal or printed matter.
2) Authors have to disclose the information in the case that some parts of article havebeen published in the report due to the academic conference by showing that the submitted article has additional or extensional parts from the original one and where and when it has been published.
3) Authors have to cite various concepts and texts that do not belong to himself, including being responsible for requesting a permission to use images and charts or a copyright from copyrighted works.
4) Authors’ names appearing in any articles must have completely 3 components as follows: (1) Participate in creating research problems and planning a research, collecting or analyzing and interpreting data. (2) Participate in writing or checking research articles with participatory intellectual context (not only language or format). In addition, (3) have read and certified the final draft manuscript before submitting it for publication. People with other types of help should be mentioned in acknowledgments.
5) All authors must have read and consent to submit articles for publication consideration, including agreeing to be responsible for submitting articles for publication.
6) Authors must disclose conflicts of interest which may have significant effects or influence on the content appearing in the article. Research funding or article preparation must be mentioned in acknowledgments.
7) Authors have to write articles correctly according to the journal format specified in the author guideline.
8) Authors have to write articles expressing academic quality and knowledge that can be benefited both theoretically and practically. The content presentation is clear and accurate.
9) Authors are obliged to notify the journal and editor if any error messages are found that are important to researches later or inaccuracies are found in the published work to adjust the article to be correct or withdraw it if necessary.
2. Reviewer Roles and Responsibilities:
1) Reviewers have not to disclose any information that is under consideration to other people who are not relevant and it must not be used for personal benefits.
2) Reviewers are responsible for disclosing article information and conflicts of interest, such as an article in which they participate or know the author personally or any other reason that makes it impossible to consider and evaluate the article independently. Reviewers have to inform the editor and withdraw from considering the article.
3) Reviewers should consider articles in the field they have expertise by making suggestions with fairness and without prejudice. Reviewers’ suggestions should be thorough and constructive in order to help article authors be able to develop their articles although the articles are of poor quality and have been rejected for publication.
4) Reviewers should submit the assessment results on schedule. If there is any problem during the consideration period, reviewers should notify the editor immediately.
5) Reviewers should identify important researches or academic works that are consistent with the article content, but the authors do not refer to it in the article. Reviewers should inform the editor if they know that any articles which are under consideration, have any parts that are similar to or like any article that is under consideration of any other journals or printed matters
3. Editor Roles and Responsibilities:
1) Editor is responsible for considering article quality before publication in the journal.
2) Editor has to consider from academic content without prejudice to any features of authors or under the author’s, including prevent conflicts of interest among the authors, reviewers and editorial personnel.
3) Editor has to publish articles that have already been reviewed based on academic quality, both theoretical and practical benefits and modernity. The content corresponds to the journal scope. In addition, the articles have never been published in any journals or any printed matters before.
4) Editor has not to disclose information about articles submitted for publication, including control the review process by concealing both the author and the reviewers (Double-Blind Review) with justice.
5) Editor has to examine articles submitted for publication about plagiarism by using reliable programs and stop the review process immediately if plagiarism is found during the process and contact the author to request an explanation for "accepting" or "rejecting" the publication of that article.
6) Editor has to examine articles that are suspected of violating academic ethics to solve ethical problems with prudence. Even if the article will be published or not, to refuse articles for ethical reasons need to have clear evidences.
