การดำเนินงานนิเทศภายในของโรงเรียนศรีธนาพณิชยการเทคโนโลยี เชียงใหม่

Abstract

การวิจัยครั้งนี้ มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาการดำเนินงานนิเทศภายในของโรงเรียนศรีธนาพณิชยการเทคโนโลยี เชียงใหม่ ประชากรที่ใช้คือ ผู้บริหาร หัวหน้าสาขาวิชา หัวหน้าหมวดวิชา และครูผู้สอนของโรงเรียนศรีธนาพณิชยการเทคโนโลยี เชียงใหม่ ปีการศึกษา 2554 รวมทั้งสิ้น 63 คน เครื่องมือที่ใช้เป็นแบบสอบถาม และใช้สถิติความถี่และร้อยละในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล

ผลการวิจัยสรุปได้ดังนี้ ผู้ตอบแบบสอบถามส่วนใหญ่ได้ให้ข้อมูลไว้ว่า การดำเนินงานนิเทศภายในของโรงเรียนศรีธนาพณิชยการเทคโนโลยี เชียงใหม่ ในด้าน 1) การศึกษาสภาพปัจจุบัน ปัญหาและความต้องการ ได้มีการประชุมและแต่งตั้งคณะกรรมการเพื่อดำเนินงานนิเทศภายใน ได้วิเคราะห์ปัญหาการดำเนินงานนิเทศภายใน 2) การวางแผนและกำหนดทางเลือก ได้กำหนดเกณฑ์ จุดมุ่งหมายและรูปแบบในการดำเนินงานนิเทศภายใน 3) การสร้างสื่อ เครื่องมือและพัฒนาวิธีการ ได้สรุปผลการใช้สื่อและเครื่องมือการนิเทศทุกครั้ง จัดสร้างสื่อและเครื่องมือการนิเทศจากปัญหาที่พบ 4) การปฏิบัติการนิเทศ ได้ดำเนินงานนิเทศโดยหัวหน้าสาขาวิชา/หัวหน้าหมวดวิชา ได้จัดการประชุมสัมมนาทางวิชาการในโรงเรียน 5) การประเมินผลและรายงานผลการนิเทศ ได้ประเมินผลโดยการสังเกตพฤติกรรมครูผู้สอนหลังดำเนินการ ได้จัดทำรายงานผลการดำเนินงานนิเทศให้ผู้บริหารทราบ สำหรับผู้ตอบแบบสอบถามส่วนใหญ่ ได้เสนอปัญหาที่พบคือ ครูผู้สอน ผู้บริหารขาดความรู้ ความเข้าใจเกี่ยวกับการดำเนินงานนิเทศภายในของโรงเรียน ขาดการมีส่วนร่วมในการวางแผนการนิเทศร่วมกัน ผู้นิเทศและครูผู้สอนมีความรู้ในการสร้างสื่อและเครื่องมือในการดำเนินงานนิเทศภายในน้อย โดยมีข้อเสนอแนะว่า ควรมีการอบรมพัฒนาความรู้ความเข้าใจเกี่ยวกับการดำเนินงานนิเทศภายใน ควรให้ครูผู้สอนมีส่วนร่วมในการวางแผนการนิเทศ และควรแจ้งผลการนิเทศให้ครูผู้สอนทราบเป็นลายลักษณ์อักษร

The purpose of the research was to study the procedure of collegial supervision at Srithana Commercial Technology College Chiangmai. There were 63 populations used in this research, the school administrators, the heads of department, the head of subject field, and teachers at Srithana Commercial Technology College Chiangmai of academic year of 2011. The research tool was a questionnaire. The data was analyzed by frequency and percentage.

The result of the research indicated that the procedure of collegial supervision at Srithana Commercial Technology College Chiangmai there were: 1)The current study of problems and needs meetings and committees for the collegial supervision in the school. The problems of collegial supervision were analyzed. The criteria of the procedure of collegial supervision were set. 2) Planning and stating the choice. The objectives and the procedures of collegial supervision were also set. 3)Creating tools and developing methods. The usage of teaching aids and collegial supervision tools were concluded. Teaching aids and collegial supervision tools were designed. 4) Supervision. The procedure of collegial supervision was applied by the heads of department and the head of subject field. There were academic meetings at school. 5) Evaluation and supervision reports. Teachers’ behaviors were evaluated by observation. After the procedure of collegial supervision had applied, it was evaluated. There was a report directed to school administrators. The population also suggested the problems found; teachers and school administrators were lack of the understanding of the procedure of collegial supervision. There were not plans working on collegial supervision together. Supervisors and Teachers had less knowledge of the procedure of collegial supervision. There were also some suggestions; The school should have had a meeting in order to transfer knowledge and understanding on the procedure of collegial supervision. Teacher should have had an opportunity to participate in planning on the procedure of collegial supervision and informed the results of the procedure of collegial supervision to all teachers literally.
