Abstract
การวิจัยครั้งนี้ มีวัตถุประสงค์ เพื่อพัฒนาระบบฐานข้อมูลวัดและวัฒนธรรม โดยสร้างกระบวนการมีส่วนร่วมของคณะสงฆ์ และชุมชน ในการพัฒนาฐานข้อมูลวัด ในเขตพื้นที่จังหวัดแม่ฮ่องสอน และเผยแพร่ให้เป็นแหล่งศึกษาค้นคว้าของบุคคลทั่วไป โดยมีกระบวนการวิจัย ตั้งแต่ขั้นตอนของการศึกษาค้นคว้าข้อมูลที่เกี่ยวข้องกับระบบสำรวจข้อมูล วิเคราะห์และออกแบบระบบ สร้างระบบฐานข้อมูลและพัฒนาระบบสารสนเทศรูปแบบของเว็บแอพพลิเคชั่นโดยมีการเผยแพร่ข้อมูลผ่านระบบเครือข่ายอินเทอร์เน็ต และประเมินประสิทธิภาพการทำงานของระบบเพื่อปรับปรุงพัฒนาให้ดียิ่งขึ้น และจัดอบรมให้ความรู้การใช้งานระบบที่พัฒนาขึ้นแก่คณะสงฆ์จากการประเมินประสิทธิภาพการทำงานของระบบ โดยกลุม่ ตัวอยา่ งพระสงฆจ์ ำนวน 30 รูป พบวา่ คา่ เฉลี่ยสูงสุด คือส่วนความถูกต้องของเนื้อหาและการนำไปใช้ประโยชน์ ค่าเฉลี่ย 4.30 รองลงมาคือ ส่วนการบริหารจัดการข้อมูลสำหรับผู้ดูแลระบบ มีค่าเฉลี่ยเท่ากับ 4.14 ส่วนการแสดงผลเว็บไซต์ มีค่าเฉลี่ย 4.13 และมีค่าเฉลี่ยรวมทั้ง 3 ส่วนเท่ากับ 4.19 อยู่ในระดับมีประสิทธิภาพมาก
The objective of this study was to develop the database system to publish temples and culture information based on the establishment of temple and community participation of database development in the Mae Hongson area as a learning center for the general public. The study processes consisted of relevant research information related to the system, collected analysis of survey data to determine the suitable database system design and the development of web application function to be published via the internet. Then, it is followed by an evaluation of the system performance to improve and correct previous faults through training on how to utilize the system for the clergy.
The result of the system effectiveness study from the sampling of 30 clergymen found that the accuracy of the content and its utilization has the highest average score of 4.30. The information management of the system administrators has the second highest score of 4.14 while the website display has the average score of 4.13. The average score of all 3 parts is 4.19 which is considered to be effectively valid.
