พฤติกรรมการนิเทศของอาจารย์นิเทศก์ตามการรับรู้ของนักศึกษาฝึกประสบการณ์วิชาชีพครู หลักสูตรประกาศนียบัตรบัณฑิตวิชาชีพครู มหาวิทยาลัยฟาร์อีสเทอร์น เชียงใหม่

Abstract

การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาพฤติกรรมการนิเทศของอาจารย์นิเทศก์ตามการรับรู้ของนักศึกษาฝึกประสบการณ์วิชาชีพครู หลักสูตรประกาศนียบัตรบัณฑิตวิชาชีพครู มหาวิทยาลัยฟาร์อีสเทอร์น เชียงใหม่ กลุ่มประชากรที่ใช้ในการวิจัยครั้งนี้คือ นักศึกษาฝึกประสบการณ์วิชาชีพครู หลักสูตรประกาศนียบัตรบัณฑิตวิชาชีพครู มหาวิทยาลัยฟาร์อีสเทอร์น เชียงใหม่ จำนวน 69 คน ที่ปฏิบัติการสอนอยู่ในโรงเรียนต่างๆ ในภาคเรียนที่ 1 และภาคเรียนที่ 2 ปีการศึกษา 2551 โดยทำการศึกษาด้านการเตรียมนักศึกษาก่อนออกฝึกประสบการณ์วิชาชีพและด้านการนิเทศการสอนในโรงเรียน ใช้แบบสอบถามของพัฒนา จันทนา (2542) และวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลโดยการหาค่าความถี่ ร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย และ ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน

ผลการวิจัยพบว่าโดยภาพรวมนักศึกษาฝึกประสบการณ์วิชาชีพครู หลักสูตรประกาศนียบัตรบัณฑิตวิชาชีพครู มหาวิทยาลัยฟาร์อีสเทอร์น เชียงใหม่ รับรู้ว่า พฤติกรรมการนิเทศของอาจารย์นิเทศก์ มีสภาพการปฏิบัติอยู่ในระดับมากที่สุด และเมื่อพิจารณาเป็นรายด้านยังพบอีกว่า พฤติกรรมการนิเทศของอาจารย์นิเทศก์ด้านการเตรียมนักศึกษาก่อนออกฝึกประสบการณ์วิชาชีพและด้านการนิเทศการสอนภายในโรงเรียนมีสภาพการปฏิบัติอยู่ในระดับมากที่สุดเช่นกัน นอกจากนี้นักศึกษาฝึกประสบการณ์วิชาชีพครูได้ให้ความคิดเห็นและข้อเสนอแนะเกี่ยวกับอาจารย์นิเทศก์ ด้านการเตรียมนักศึกษาก่อนออกฝึกประสบการณ์วิชาชีพไว้ว่าอาจารย์นิเทศก์ให้คำแนะนำในการเตรียมความพร้อมก่อนการสอนและมีการโทรศัพท์บอกล่วงหน้าทุกครั้งก่อนที่จะมานิเทศการสอน ซึ่งทำให้นักศึกษามีความมั่นใจ ส่วนด้านการนิเทศการสอนในโรงเรียนพบว่าอาจารย์นิเทศก์จะตั้งใจฟังและอยู่สังเกตการสอนเต็มเวลา รวมทั้งให้ความสนใจในการจัดกิจกรรมการเรียนการสอน และมีการเปิดโอกาสให้นักศึกษาสอบถามภายหลังการนิเทศการสอน ส่วนความคิดเห็นและข้อเสนอแนะด้านอื่น ๆ พบว่า นักศึกษาอยากให้อาจารย์นิเทศก์ไปนิเทศอีก เพื่อนักศึกษาจะได้มีความรู้มากขึ้น

Abstrac

            The purpose of this research was to find out supervisory behavior of supervisors as perceived by the graduate diploma students in teaching profession program, The Far Eastern University, Chiang Mai. The subjects were 69 students in the graduate diploma students in teaching profession program, The Far Eastern University, Chiang Mai. These students were practice teaching in different schools during the first and second semester in the academic year 2551. The study included the preparation of the students before practicing teaching and the supervision in their schools. Patana Chantana’s questionnaires (2542) were employed to collect data which were analyzed in terms of frequency, percentage, means and standard deviation.

            The results revealed that as the whole picture, the students of graduate diploma in teaching profession program of The Far Eastern University, Chiang Mai perceived that the supervisory behavior of supervisors was at the highest level. According to each aspect, it was found that the supervisors’ preparation before the students’ teaching as well as the supervision in the schools stood at the highest level. Besides, the supervisors adviced their supervisees for the preparation by calling them before the supervision. That made them feel more confident. According to the supervision in schools, the supervisors paid attention and concentrated to the class activities at all the time. After the supervision, the students could ask any questions. In addition, they preferred some more supervision in order to gain more knowledge.
