การสำรวจการดำเนินกิจกรรมพัฒนาผู้เรียนของโรงเรียนมัธยม กลุ่มดอยอ่างขาง สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษามัธยมศึกษาเขต 34

Abstract

การวิจัยครั้งนี้ มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาการจัดกิจกรรมพัฒนาผู้เรียนของโรงเรียนมัธยม
กลุ่มดอยอ่างขาง สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษามัธยมศึกษาเขต 34 กลุ่มเป้าหมายได้แก่ ผู้บริหารโรงเรียน จำนวน 8 คน  คณะครู จำนวน  112 คน และสภานักเรียนจำนวน 9 คน รวมทั้งสิ้นจำนวน 129 คน  ในปีการศึกษา 2558  เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัย คือ แบบสอบถามมาตราส่วนประมาณค่า 4 ระดับ 
ที่มีค่าความเชื่อมั่น .728   วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลโดยใช้ความถี่ ร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ยและส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน และ
การสัมภาษณ์  วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลโดยการวิเคราะห์เนื้อหา  ผลการวิจัยพบว่า การจัดกิจกรรมพัฒนาผู้เรียนของโรงเรียนมัธยม กลุ่มดอยอ่างขาง สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษามัธยมศึกษาเขต 34   ผู้ตอบแบบสอบถามส่วนใหญ่มีความคิดเห็นว่า มีการดำเนินการซึ่งการดำเนินการโดยรวมอยู่ในระดับมาก  โดยมีรายละเอียดดังนี้  ด้านกิจกรรมแนะแนว พบว่า มีการดำเนินการมาก  ซึ่งข้อที่มีค่าเฉลี่ยสูงสุด คือสถานศึกษามีการศึกษาวิเคราะห์สภาพปัญหา  ความต้องการ ความสนใจและธรรมชาติของผู้เรียน ส่วนข้อที่มีค่าเฉลี่ยต่ำสุด คือ จัดทำแผนการจัดกิจกรรมแนะแนว โดยมีการกำหนด ขั้นตอนการปฏิบัติงานที่ชัดเจน จากการสัมภาษณ์พบว่า สถานศึกษามีการส่งเสริมการจัดกิจกรรมที่มีการทำงานเป็นหมู่คณะ ร่วมกันทำงานเพื่อให้เกิด
ความสามัคคี รู้จักการปรับตัวเข้ากับผู้อื่นได้  และด้านกิจกรรมนักเรียนพบว่า  มีการดำเนินงานมาก ซึ่งข้อที่มี

ค่าเฉลี่ยสูงสุด คือ จัดกิจกรรมทางศาสนา เช่น การทำบุญตักบาตร การแห่เทียนเข้าพรรษา ส่วนข้อที่มี
ค่าเฉลี่ยต่ำสุด คือ วิเคราะห์สภาพปัญหา ความต้องการ ความสนใจและธรรมชาติของผู้เรียน  จากการสัมภาษณ์พบว่า  สถานศึกษามีการส่งเสริมการจัดกิจกรรมด้านกีฬาที่ทำให้ผู้เรียนเกิดการพัฒนาทักษะทางด้านร่างกายได้อย่างมีประสิทธิภาพและมีส่วนในการส่งเสริมการฝึกเป็นผู้นำ ผู้ตามที่ดี   แต่ควรมีการเพิ่มเวลาในการจัดกิจกรรมให้มากขึ้น  เพราะบางกิจกรรมมีเวลาน้อยเกินไป  และบางกิจกรรมไม่ตอบสนองความต้องการของนักเรียน  

The objective of this research was to study the student development activities arrangement of Doi Ang Khang secondary schools attached to the Secondary Educational Service Area Office 34.  The sample included 8 school administrators, 112 teachers and 9 student councils. Total 129 people in the academic year 2015.  Instrument were questionnaires 4-rating scale and  Reliability have .728.  The data were analyzed through frequency, percentage, mean and standard deviation.  The interviews were analyzed through content analysis.  The  result of this research found that:   According to, the student development activities arrangement of Doi Ang Khang secondary schools attached to the Secondary Educational Service Area Office 34, most respondents agreed that the overall performance was at high level as the following details.  Regarding the guidance activities, it revealed that the performance was at high level.  The item with the highest mean was that the schools studied and analyzed problem conditions, needs, interests and nature of learners while the item with the lowest mean was that the guidance activity plans determined operational procedures clearly. The results of interviews indicated that the schools supported activity arrangement letting the learners work as a group to achieve a unity and learn how to adapt themselves to others.   Related to the student’s activities, it was found that the performance was at high level.  The item with the highest mean was to organize religious activities, such as giving alms and candlelight processions whereas the item with the lowest mean was to analyze problem conditions, needs, interests and nature of learners.   The results of interviews revealed that the schools promoted sports activity arrangement helping the learners develop their physical skills effectively and encouraged practicing to be good leaders as well as good followers.  However, the activity periods should be added since some activities took too short time and some activities did not meet the students’ needs.
