Abstract

The objective of this research was to study the factors affecting the willingness to pay for healthy food. The conceptual framework developed by the planned behavioral theory. Using the stratified sampling method. The researcher selected a sample population consisting of 605 samples from people who was over 20 years of age. The data collected were to online pattern. The researchers analyzed the data collected in terms of Structural Equation Modeling.

The research results were found that factor affecting to the willingness to pay for healthy food were; satisfaction, attitude, norm, and perceive control respectively. When considering the comparative analysis of the factors affecting to the willingness to pay for healthy food were found that the sample groups who consumed healthy food differed, knowledge, health-consciousness, attitude, reference group, perception of control, satisfaction and desire to pay more found  that statistically significantly different.
