Feasibility Study and the Possibility of Establishing a Warehouse and Distribution Center in the Area of Tak Province to Support the Tak Special Economic Development Zone

The purpose of this research was to study the personal effects of the staff of Dhevan Hotel and obtain a large number of data from the survey using a computer program. By frequency distribution, percentage finding, deviation, and data analysis Hypothesis using independent t-test formula.
From the research, it found that most of the samples were female, between 31-46 years of primary/secondary education with 1-3 years working and a monthly income of 10,001-20,000 baht. 2) Employees of different sex and impact the performance of Telecom Dara Resort and Spa employees. Creative thinking about participation and perception were not different. 3) Employees with different levels of education, length of work, and monthly income effected the performance of Dhevan Dara Resort staff. Perceptions of various policies, creative management, participation, and perceptions in different fields have different meanings. Statistical significance at the level of 0.05
