A Model for Innovative Leadership to Quality Organization of School Administrators under the Office of Phitsanulok Primary Educational Service Area Office 1

The objective of this research article ware 1) To analyze the components of Innovative Leadership to Quality Organization of School Administrators and 2) Level of innovative Leadership to Quality Organization of School Administrators under the Office of Phitsanulok Primary Educational Service Area Office 1. Population in this research consisted of 112 schools from 86 schools, by open table (R.V. Krejcie & D.W. Morgan, 1986, p. 345) stratified random sampling administrators head of academic affairs and teachers of 258 the sample was gained by simple random sampling. The instruments used in the were memo and questionnaires (Rating Scale) 5 level. The data ware analysis included mean and standard deviation. The result showed that; 1) The results of the components analysis of the Innovative Leadership to Quality Organization of School Administrators under the Office of Phitsanulok Primary Educational Service Area Office 1 sides of 6 : (1) vision change, (2)teamwork and participation, (3)innovative in Organization, (4)risk management, (5) use of information and communication technology, and (6) creative thinking The result showed that; 2) The innovative Leadership to Quality Organization of School Administrators under the Office of Phitsanulok Primary Educational Service Area Office 1 was high in overall level. When side eace aspect, it was revealed that the innovative Leadership to Quality Organization of School Administrators at the highest level was creative thinking. The second highest was teamwork and participation, and the Innovative Leadership to Quality Organization of School Administrators at the lowest level was risk management.
