การพัฒนาชุดการเรียนรู้ด้วยตนเองเพื่อพัฒนาทักษะความเป็นครู สำหรับนักศึกษาครูมหาวิทยาลัยราชภัฏยะลา

ทักษะความเป็นครูได้ถูกกำหนดไว้ในมาตรฐานวิชาชีพครูของประเทศไทย เพื่อความมั่นใจต่อคุณภาพการศึกษาที่นักศึกษาจะได้รับว่ามีคุณภาพตามที่ได้กำหนดไว้ในหลักสูตร ดังนั้นสถาบันผลิตนักศึกษาครูทุกสถาบันจึงถูกกำหนดให้พัฒนาหลักสูตรที่มีการฝึกฝนทักษะที่จำเป็นสำหรับครูเพื่อให้นักศึกษาที่จบการศึกษาแล้วสามารถเป็นครูในอนาคตได้อย่างมีคุณภาพ
การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อพัฒนาชุดการเรียนรู้ด้วยตนเองสำหรับพัฒนาทักษะความเป็นครูของนักศึกษาครูมหาวิทยาลัยราชภัฏยะลาและ เพื่อประเมินคุณภาพชุดการเรียนรู้ด้วยตนเองสำหรับพัฒนาทักษะความเป็นครูของนักศึกษาครู ตัวอย่างที่ใช้ในการวิจัย คือ คณาจารย์คณะครุศาสตร์ มหาวิทยาลัยราชภัฏยะลา จำนวน 29 คน เพื่อศึกษาความคิดเห็นจากการสัมภาษณ์ต่อทักษะที่จำเป็นสำหรับครู ตัวอย่างที่ใช้ในการวิจัยคือนักศึกษาครูชั้นปีที่ 4 ปีการศึกษา 2560 คณะครุศาสตร์ มหาวิทยาลัยราชภัฏยะลา จำนวน 30 คน เพื่อศึกษาคุณภาพของชุดการเรียนรู้ด้วยตนเอง การวิจัยได้ผลดังนี้ 1) คณาจารย์คณะครุศาสตร์ให้ความสำคัญต่อทักษะสำหรับครู ใน 3 อันดับแรก คือ ทักษะการจัดการพฤติกรรมในชั้นเรียน ทักษะการสื่อสารและทักษะการสร้างบรรยากาศการเรียนรู้ 2) รูปแบบเชิงมโนทัศน์ของชุดการเรียนรู้ด้วยตนเอง ประกอบด้วย องค์ประกอบ 4 ด้านคือ ส่วนนำ วัตถุประสงค์ เนื้อหา/กิจกรรมและการวัดผลและประเมินผล และ 3) ผลการใช้ชุดการเรียนรู้ด้วยตนเอง พบว่า นักศึกษามีระดับความพึงพอใจต่อการเรียนชุดการเรียนรู้ด้วยตนเองในระดับมากที่สุด และมีความคิดเห็นต่อชุดการเรียนว่ามีความเหมาะสมในระดับมาก
