SARANIYADHAMMA AND ADMINISTRATION OF NONGSONGHONG SUBDISTRICT MUNICIPALITY

Abstract

         This academic article aims to analyze the application of Saraniyadhamma principle to the administration of the administrators of Nongsonghong Subdistrict Municipality in which is a dharma that leads to local unity. Saraniyadhammas 6 consist of Mettakayakamma, Mettavacikamma, Mettamanokamma, Sadharanabhogita, Silasamannata and Ditthisamannata. If the Nong Song Hong municipality community has applied this principle, it will be able to strengthen unity and make peace as achieving its target because Nong Song Hong Subdistrict Municipality is located in the suburbs of Nongkhai with a dense community. It is therefore imperative that villagers learn to live together with government agencies. This dharma is unique, give good things to each other both front and back sides, especially; doing good to each other, politeness each other, remembrance each other, generosity each other, equal precepts each other, and have the same right thought. All of which are important strategies to help the administration of Nong Song Hong Municipality to have peace while also being able to adapt to many Thai communities. So the Saraniyadhamma emphasizes from the inside to the outside. As the leader or a group of leaders is responsible for designing a prototype house, the people in the community will build it. When the community is immune to the disease, communities will be able to bring every life to peace and tranquility. Therefore, harmony and reconciliation are important to control some conflicts and halt the chaos. Like an elixir that can cure all diseases to maintain it sustainably for a long time.
