This research article have a purpose To study the level of public participation factors that affect the development of administrative organizations. Development level of Khlong Hok Subdistrict Administrative Organization Factors of public participation that affect the development of the Khlong Hok Subdistrict Administrative Organization. and recommendations regarding public participation factors that affect the development of the Khlong Hok Subdistrict Administrative Organization. This research is quantitative research. The sample group consisted of 373 heads or representatives of households in the Khlong Hok Subdistrict Administrative Organization area. A questionnaire was used to collect data. Statistics for data analysis include mean, standard deviation. and linear multiple regression analysis using the Enter method at a statistical significance level of .05.

Research findings: 1) The level of people's participation in development Overall, it was at a high level. 2) Level of development. 3) The results of the analysis of the relationship between the people's participation factors affecting the development of the Tambon Administrative Organization found that the overall relationship was the most.
