The purpose of this research is to study theoretical concepts regarding the welfare of the elderly society and their legal rights By analyzing and comparing the welfare of the elderly society and their legal rights. and study and find information about suggestions Guidelines for measures to prevent and solve legal problems regarding the rights and welfare of the elderly society This research is qualitative research There is a method for conducting research by studying documents and academic reports
Research has found that Elderly people's rights are guaranteed and protected by constitutional law. and the Elderly Act of 2003 but there is still no law that clearly guarantees the welfare and rights of the elderly. Therefore, it is proposed that there should be a form and organization for enforcing the law. By solving the problem of allocation and use of the budget to be adequate. Establish a clear policy for providing welfare and rights to the elderly. To create variety and be suitable for elderly people with basic Different, grouping elderly people into categories that do not have sufficient income to survive. and types with sufficient income Set as national policy Establish national and local regulatory organizations. It clearly specifies benefits for the elderly and does not cause problems in interpretation that will be detrimental to the elderly. and decentralize the welfare of the elderly from the central government to the local government. same as england Sweden and Japan, including amendments to the Elderly Act. By requiring insurance for long-term care of the elderly and residential care for the elderly, there will be protection for elderly workers that is different from general labor protection. Budget allocation shall be made directly to local administrative organizations. and provide adequate budgets to support the establishment of organizations, groups, or clubs for the elderly
