Abstract
Thailand's universities confront several of the globalization-related challenges, such as the digital era, digital disruption, digital transformation, and the covid-19 pandemic. As a result, there will be more competition on a global scale. These are also competing with existing higher education institutions around the world, as well as with the growing number of digital higher education institutions. Including the effects of national changes such as Thailand 4.0 and the transition to an aging society. All of these challenges have an impact on the management of the organization. Regardless of budget constraints, it is necessary to respond to changes in education management requirements or a decrease in student enrollment as a result of entering an aging society. It is critical to be adaptable and responsive to the needs of students, students, or service providers.
The agile process is a method of developing software that can adapt to changing user requirements. Other than the software development process, this can be applied to other types of management.
This paper discusses the use of the Agile Process to respond to sudden changes in Thai higher education, such as organizational management and learning structure, curriculum design, teaching and learning, assessment, coursework, and classroom. online, as well as the results that will be obtained from the implementation of the Agile Process.
