Abstract
The research aimed at development of participatory management Model for Effectiveness of Phichit Technical College Under Office of The Vocational Education Commission. The research procedure comprised four steps : 1) studying states and ways of participatory Management for Effectiveness of Phichit Technical College. A sample, drawn by stratified random technique, consisted of vice-directors and teachers totaling 117. and 9 experts to delineate ways of the management, 2) designing the hypothetical model for participatory management for Effectiveness of Phichit Technical College, based on the results of data analysis in step 1 research; the evaluation of model for its appropriateness was made through group discussion of purposely selected 9 experts; 3) experimenting the drafted model with the 40 governing body of the College; 4) evaluating the applicability and usefulness of the model through the hearing of the sample of those who were involved, namely, a vice-director for academic affairs, head of departments, head of divisions, and teachers totaling 63.
The research findings revealed that the development participatory management Model for Effectiveness of Phichit Technical College Under Office of The Vocational Education Commission. consists of 4 components: 1) governing body of personnel involved in a participatory management for Effectiveness of College: 2) The participatory management for Effectiveness of college: 3) Scope of the tasks of participatory management for Effectiveness of college: and 4) Administrative process of a participatory management for effectiveness of College. And effectiveness of the development participatory management model of College in evaluating the drafted model, the experts viewed it as appropriate, and in experimenting it, the model apparently exerted significant impacts on achieve study of Phichit Technical College. Also, the satisfaction of the governing body of personnel on the model was at a high level. Finally, Also, those who were involved evaluated the model at a high level of applicability and usefulness.
