การพัฒนาแบบประเมินความพร้อมเป็นนวัตกรสำหรับนักศึกษาอาชีวศึกษา

บทคัดย่อ
ความเป็นนวัตกรของนักศึกษาอาชีวศึกษาเป็นคุณลักษณะที่สำคัญต่อการเตรียมความพร้อมของผู้เรียนอาชีวศึกษาสู่โลกของการทำงานจริงที่ต้องปรับตัวในยุคดิจิทัล ซึ่งการวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อพัฒนาแบบประเมินความพร้อมเป็นนวัตกรของนักศึกษาอาชีวศึกษา เพื่อตรวจสอบคุณภาพเครื่องมือด้านความเชื่อมั่นและความเที่ยงตรงเชิงโครงสร้างแบบประเมินและเพื่อประเมินความพร้อมเป็นนวัตกรของนักศึกษาอาชีวศึกษา กลุ่มตัวอย่างเป็นนักศึกษาระดับอาชีวศึกษา ประกาศนียบัตรวิชาชีพชั้นสูง วิทยาลัยเทคนิคสมุทรปราการ 74 คน เครื่องมือวิจัยคือแบบประเมินความพร้อมเป็นนวัตกร การวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลใช้การวิเคราะห์องค์ประกอบ การวิเคราะห์สหสัมพันธ์ ค่าเฉลี่ย และส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน ผลการวิจัยพบว่า 1) แบบประเมินความพร้อมเป็นนวัตกรของนักศึกษาอาชีวศึกษา ลักษณะเป็นแบบประเมินตนเอง 5 ระดับ ข้อคำถามถูกพัฒนาขึ้นมาจาก ตัวบ่งชี้ได้จำนวน 20 ข้อ เมื่อทดลองใช้มีคุณภาพด้านความเที่ยงตรงเชิงเนื้อหา ด้านอำนาจจำแนก ผ่านเกณฑ์ จำนวน 19 ข้อ และด้านความเชื่อมั่นมีค่าเท่ากับ (r= .91) 2) ความเที่ยงตรงเชิงโครงสร้างขององค์ประกอบของความพร้อมเป็นนวัตกรประกอบด้วย ความริเริ่มสร้างสรรค์ (7 ข้อ) ความกล้าเผชิญเพื่อความสำเร็จ (5 ข้อ) ความท้าทายสิ่งแปลกใหม่ (3 ข้อ) และการไตร่ตรองทางความคิด (4 ข้อ) และแต่ละองค์ประกอบมีความสัมพันธ์กับองค์ประกอบรวม และ 3) นักศึกษาอาชีวศึกษามีความพร้อมเป็นนวัตกรอยู่ในระดับมากทุกด้าน
