The purpose of this research was to develop learning management using STAD technique to develop learning achievement in electrochemistry of the 12th grade students by comparing pre and post learning achievement. The participants were 30 twelfth graders (M.6/4) at Thamakawitthayakom School during the second semester of the 2020 academic year. The contents in this study were based on The Basic Education Core Curriculum B.E. 2551 (A.D. 2008) in Chemistry 6 (electrochemistry). The instruments used in this study include: lesson plans based on STAD technique and a learning achievement test. The collected data were analyzed by mean, standard deviation, and dependent t-test
