Abstract

              The purpose of classroom action research were 1) to compare the learning achievement on part of speech of grade 7 students before and after using cooperative learning of jigsaw model and 2) to investigate the opinions of grade 7 students towards using cooperative learning of jigsaw model. The sample of this research, population is 129 grade 7 students at Debsirin Samutprakarn School in second semester of academic year 2020, selected by simple random sampling, were 44 of grade 7 students at Debsirin Samutprakarn School in second semester of academic year 2020. The research instruments were 1) lesson plan of cooperative learning of jigsaw model on part of speech 2) learning achievement on part of speech pretest and posttest and 3) questionnaires of using cooperative learning of jigsaw model form experimental group students. The data were tested though mean, standard deviation and paired sample t-test.

               The results of this research were as follow:

               1) The part of speech on learning achievement of grade 7 students after using cooperative learning of jigsaw model was higher than before at the significant level of .05

               2) The opinions of grade 7 students towards cooperative learning of jigsaw model as whole at high agreement level.
