The objective of this article is to study The Expansion of Infrastructure Investment "China down Policy” in Myanmar that Impacts Thailand. Based on the qualitative research, in-depth interviews and focus group discussions were undertaken with key informants, and use the information from the interviews was then analyzed by content analysis. The results of this study found: The positive impact on Thailand is that foreign investors are confident in investing in Thailand. Due to political and policy uncertainty in Myanmar. Myanmar has limited investment in transportation, which lacks electricity, roads are not up to standard and basic public utility systems are not as developed as they should be, resulting in Thailand is the main production base. The negative impacts on Thailand, Myanmar's abundant natural resources, oil and natural gas, and relatively low wages have led investors to relocate to Myanmar. In addition, the immigration problem of the Rohingya minority has affected Thailand such as economy, politics, and society, especially the image that leads to misunderstandings.
