In this research, online learning management and online tests were arranged with the aims to enable high school blind students to study visual arts. This study was comprised of both qualitative and quantitative research. The research tools were 18 models of sculptures, architectures and bas-reliefs produced by 3D printers, 15 video clips for online learning and online quizzes and questionnaires. The study was conducted in the schools with blind students in Thailand, namely Khon Kaen, Roi Et, Nakhon Ratchasima, Phetchaburi and Lop Buri.
The results revealed that all volunteer students can learn visual arts online. However, a teacher must be involved in the activity to give advice. The blind students can use their mobile devices to listen to learning materials and do exercises. They can produce creative works at a good level. This is `in accordance with the philosophy of art education that aims to enhance learners to develop and grow in various fields, including knowledge, experience, imagination and happiness provided by art subjects.
