คุณลักษณะของผู้ประกอบการสตาร์ทอัพกับแนวคิดไทยแลนด์ 4.0: การวิเคราะห์จากงานวิชาการในฐานข้อมูลศูนย์ดัชนีการอ้างอิงวารสารไทยปี 2560-2564 (Characteristics of Startup Entrepreneurs with the Concept of Thailand 4.0: Analysis from Academic Works published in the Thai Journal Citation Index Center Database, 2017-2021)

This article was aimed at studying the characteristics of startup entrepreneurs with Thailand 4.0 by reviewing the literature in the Thai Journal Citation Index Center Database from the year 2017 to 2021. Academic works were selected if they were: 1) research articles or scholarly works relating to startup entrepreneurs and Thailand 4.0; and 2) published in the Thai Journal Citation Index Center Database between the years 2017 and 2021. The keywords used in the database search were: “phunam” (leader), “phuprakop start-up” (start-up entrepreneur), “naeokhit Thailand 4.0” (Thailand 4.0 model), and “startup.” The search was conducted in May 2022, after which a content analysis of the search results revealed the following: 1) The number of relevant academic works published in each studied year was 4 (in 2017), 12 (in 2018), 19 (in 2019), 10 (in 2020), and 5 (in 2021), totaling 50 articles altogether. A total of 10 of these articles were relevant to the qualities of startup entrepreneurs. 2) Characteristics of startup entrepreneurs included: strategic planning skills and the ability to set the direction of the business with a vision and analysis of feasibility; perseverance and determination in the face of work-related hardships; adaptability to others; a willingness to learn, with a constant openness to new ideas and the ability and readiness to learn anytime and anywhere; and a talent for creating suitable working conditions and an environment favorable to a startup.
