The purpose of this research were : to study and compare the teachers’ perceptions towards the participative administration of school administrators under Samutprakarn Primary Educational Service Area Office 2, classified by education, work experience and the location of the school. The research sample consisted of 297 teachers who work in school under Samutprakarn Primary Educational Service Area Office 2 in the academic year 2022, and using stratified random sampling technique to select the sample. The instrument was 40 items questionnaire. The statistics used to analyze the data were frequency distribution, percentage, mean, standard deviation t-test, one-way analysis of variance (ANOVA), and using Scheffe' test when the data were statistically significant. The research results were found that. 1) Teachers’ perceptions towards the participative administration of school administrators under the Samutprakarn Primary Educational Service Area Office 2, in overall and each aspect, were at a high level. 2) there were no significant difference in educational backgrounds aspect in overall and individual. 3) there was no significant difference in work experience aspect in overall. When considered in each individual found that there was significant difference in participation in operations and participation in evaluation. 4) there were significant difference in school location aspect in overall and individual, except participation in benefits found no difference except participation in benefits.
