Abstract

       In this research, the researcher has objective to study the characteristics of the struggling of free cannabis policy in Thailand and Actors and political actors in the struggling for the free cannabis policy in Thailand, including political interaction of private actors Government agencies on the free cannabis policy in Thailand from A.D. 2017-2020. Using qualitative research methods, by the documentary research process from books, articles, research papers, documents from government agencies, relevant laws and from electronic media and in-depth interview process to be used as data for analysis. Province by applying the concepts and theories of Political Opportunity-Structure, concepts and theories of Resource Mobilization Theory, concepts and theories of Political Marketing, concepts and theories of Public Choice Theory and concepts and theories of Interest Groups as a framework for research.

        The findings revealed that the Cannabis being classified as a narcotic for a long time, mostly people in society have a more negative than positive view of cannabis. Cannabis turn to be interesting again when an information of the research results to support an important substance that cannabis have, it is the source of the fight. Struggling of cannabis This includes support and opposition parties.
