Abstract

          In this article has a purpose to describe the effects of the rulings or decisions of the Constitutional Court affecting the rights and liberties of the Thai people in the form of democratic governance under the Constitution of the Kingdom of Thailand, B.E. 2560 in which freedom of expression is associated with freedom of peaceful assembly and assembly. All persons are free to form a membership or group to maintain certain benefits and freedom of peaceful assembly. Any law that prevents or obstracts such liberties from being realized may be contrary to Thailand's obligations under international law to require all persons to speak, think and write in order to uphold validity, justice, liberties and human rights.
