Effectiveness of Government Organizational administration based on Good Governance of Bangphra Subdistrict Administrative Organization, Nakhon Chai Si district, Nakhon Pathom province

Abstract

              The objectives of this article were to 1) study the opinion level on the use of good governance in the administration of Bangphra Subdistrict Administrative Organization 2) study the opinion level of the effectiveness in the performance of personnel in Bangphra Subdistrict Administrative Organization, 3) compare the level of the effectiveness in the performance of personnel in Bangphra Subdistrict Administrative Organization classified by personal factors and 4) study the relationship between the use of good governance and the effectiveness in the performance of personnel in Bangphra Subdistrict Administrative Organization. This research was a quantitative research. The sample consisted of 338 people who living in Bangphra Subdistrict. Proportional sampling was conducted according to the population who lived in the subdistrict. Tool used to collect data were questionnaires. The statistics used for data analysis were frequency, percentage, mean, standard deviation, t-test, One-way ANOVA and correlation coefficient.

             The results found that the use of good governance of Bangphra Subdistrict Administrative Organization at the overall was at moderate level. The effectiveness in the performance of personnel in Bangphra Subdistrict Administrative Organization at the overall was at moderate level. The hypothesis test results found that the respondents who had difference occupation and level of education had different opinions about the effectiveness in the performance of personnel in Bangphra Subdistrict Administrative Organization at the statistical level of .05. The relationship between the use of good governance and the effectiveness of the work performance of personnel in Bangphra Subdistrict Administrative Organization in the aspect of transparency related in high level to the effectiveness in the performance of personnel in Bangphra Subdistrict Administrative Organization. The government administration to prevent corruption and creation of transparency in the performance of government operation. Had a high relation And the use of good governance in the aspect of rule of law were related at high level to the effectiveness in the performance of personnel in Bangphra Subdistrict Administrative Organization in the aspect of the government administration to prevent corruption.
