Abstract

         The objectives of this research were: The objectives of the study were leadership conditions of the administrators of Watsomnanamborihan School, Bangkok, to study the principles of Phrommawihan 4 in the development of executive leadership in Watsomnanamborihan School, Bangkok, and to find suggestions for the leadership development of administrators according to Phrommawihan 4 of Watsomnanamborihan School, Bangkok. This research is qualitative research. Collect information by deep interviews with school administrators. Head of Administrators Executives, Teachers A total of 17 community leaders in the neighborhood and monks a total of 17 monks/people and analyzed data in qualitative research, The results were as follows is Teachers are few and not enough to perform their duties, Problematic conditions of leadership according to Phrommawihan 4 of the Executive Watsomnanamborihan School Bangkok Administrators Executives is too resilient to their subordinates, sometimes making operations unstable Phrommawihan 4 principles can be used to develop the leadership of administrators in Wat Samananam School. Bangkok, the four departments are: Personnel, academic, work budget and general administration Integration according to Phrommawihan 4 effectively makes the operation between Administrators Executives and personnel feel compassion Whose love, kindness goodwill, jubilant, gladness and neutrality 3.
