Problems of Transferring District Health Promoting Hospitals from the Ministry of Public Health to Local Government Organizations in Nakhon Ratchasima Province

Abstract

        The objectives of this study were to 1) To study the problem of transferring a sub-district health promoting hospital from the Ministry of Public Health to a local administrative organization in Nakhon Ratchasima Province. 2) To study the condition of problems and obstacles in power transfer from sub-district Health Promoting Hospital to the local administrative organization in Nakhon Ratchasima Province. 3) propose solutions and develop the power transfer from sub-district health promoting hospitals to local administrative organizations in Nakhon Ratchasima Province. This is a qualitative research method that collected data from research documents. And write a descriptive lecture from the primary and secondary privacy.
