Motivation Factor and Hygiene Factor Affecting Government Officers' Working Efficiency in Bureau of the Budget

Abstract

        The objectives of this study were to study motivation factor and hygiene factor affecting government officers' working efficiency in Bureau of the Budget and to find ways to increase the government officers' working efficiency in the Bureau of the Budget. This research was quantitative research. Data was collected from 293 samples who are government in the Bureau of the Budget by using questionnaire. Statistics used in the study were frequency, percentage, mean, standard deviation, and Multiple regression analysis. The results were that motivation factors in term of work policies, interpersonal relations, work environment, and work security affecting government officers' working efficiency in Bureau of the Budget. In additional, hygiene factors in term of work policies, interpersonal relations, work environment, and work security affecting government officers' working efficiency in Bureau of the Budget.
