Abstract

       The purpose of this study is to examine the factors that affect the performance of civil servants in the Budget Bureau. The research aims to provide guidelines for implementing strategies in the government sector to achieve efficiency, effectiveness, and cost-effectiveness in fulfilling the state's missions. It aims to streamline unnecessary processes and allocate the annual budget in a way that maximizes benefits. The budget allocation is in the form of annual expenses, intended for government agencies and state enterprises to utilize for the development of their organizations and essential activities for national development, considering factors that affect efficiency.


        In the performance of their duties in the Budget Bureau, civil servants prioritize the efficiency of their work. They propose a framework that involves the participation of civil servants in the Budget Bureau in terms of motivating factors and supportive factors to enhance the performance efficiency in four aspects: 1) work quantity, 2) work quality, 3) timely completion of tasks, and 4) resource utilization efficiency or cost-effectiveness.
