Factors affect The Efficiency of Financial Management of Saving Cooperative in Thailand

Abstract

      This research aims to study efficiency of financial management of saving cooperative in Thailand factors and administration factors, and to study factors influence efficiency of financial management of saving cooperative in Thailand. The data collected by questionnaires, testing with stakeholders 310 respondents who saving cooperative manager in Thailand. The research sampling was proportion sampling classify by occupation of saving cooperative. The index of item-objective congruence (IOC) was 0.815 and reliability value of 0.930. The statistical analyzed data were frequency, percentage, mean, standard deviation, one-way analysis of variance and Multiple linear regression analysis.

       Results of the research showed that the efficiency of financial management of saving cooperative in Thailand factors was at a high level ( = 4.255, S.D. = 0.789) and the administration factors was at a high level ( = 4.378, S.D. = 0.506). The hypothesis testing revealed that education factors affected significantly the efficiency of financial management of saving cooperative in Thailand at 0.05 level statistical, as for the finance and accounting work experience factors did not significant. And found that the administration factors; corporate strategy, personnel and technology influence the efficiency of financial management of saving cooperative in Thailand with significant statistical at 0.05 level.
