The Healthcare Healing Environmental Management Toward the Medical Service Quality of Hospitals Under the Supervision of the Medical Service Department, Bangkok Metropolitan Administration

Abstract
This research aims to study: 1) the level of healthcare healing environmental management and service quality of Medical Service Department of Bangkok, and 2) the influence of the healthcare healing environmental management on medical service quality of hospitals under the supervision of the Medical Service Department, Bangkok Metropolitan Administration. This research was the survey research, testing of 400 respondents who were service users of the Medical Service Department of Bangkok at 11 hospitals. The research sampling was accidental sampling. The index of item-objective congruence (IOC) was 0.927 and reliability value was 0.878. The statistics used were percentage, mean, standard deviation and multiple regression analysis. The results of the research found that the healthcare healing environmental management was at a high level ( = 3.675, S.D. = 0.400) and medical service quality of hospitals under the Medical Service Department of Bangkok was at a high level ( = 3.710, S.D. = 0.360). The hypothesis testing revealed that the healthcare healing environmental management factors; physical, natural, social, and psychological environment significantly influenced the medical service quality regarding reliability and assurance aspects at the 0.05 statistical level. The natural environment and social environment influenced the medical service quality on responsiveness and empathy aspects with statistical significance at 0.05 level. The natural environment influenced the medical service quality on the tangible aspect at 0.05 statistically significance.
