ABSTRACT
The purpose of this research was to study motivation to work. and the quality of life of Naval Officers, Squadron 104, Naval Aviation Division in applying the results of study and research to be used as guidelines for the management of agencies or organizations allowing agencies or organizations to develop and improve the parts that still need to be corrected through the perspective of personnel working in the organization.
The sample group was A naval officer in the 104 Squadron, Naval Aviation Division. Total of 107 officers. The instrument used in this research was a questionnaire. The statistics used in data analysis were percentage, mean, standard deviation and Pearson's correlation coefficient. Data were analyzed by SPSS for The windows program.
Research findings in relation to personal factors and quality of life. Consider each aspect of sex, age, status, years of work, education level, Salary level. found that there are different personal factors. There was no difference in relation to quality of life. Therefore rejecting all assumptions
The results of the research on the level of work motivation were related to quality of life. Motivation factors in all aspects were related to organizational commitment at a statistical significance level of 0.01, which was in the low to medium level and in the same direction, except in the aspect, there are often some factors that make you difficult to complete work and there was no high correlation
