The Causal Relationship of Factor affect the Saving Behavior for Retirement of Ministry of Public Health

Abstract

This research article aims to analyzed a causal relationship of factor affect the saving behavior for retirement of Ministry of Public Health. The study was quantitative research. The data collected by questionnaires from 225 personnel of Ministry of Public Health. The research sampling was convenience sampling. The index of reliability value was 0.823. The statistical analyzed data were percentage, mean, standard deviation and the confirmation component analysis.

The result of study reveals that the consistency index; Chi-square = 114.229, /df = 1.483, p-value = 0.063, GFI = 0.987, AGFI = 0.972, RMR = 0.157, RMSEA = 0.085 และ CFI = 0.961was congruent with the empirical data which an according of hypothesis. And found that saving behavior of personnel for retirement of Ministry of Public Health had the most influence directly from financial behaviors factor with affect size at 0.383, the secondly was financial attitude factors with 0.368 affect sizes and at least was financial literacy factors at 0.210 affect size with significant at 0.01 level statistically. The financial literacy factor had influence indirectly pass the financial attitude factor with 0.184 of the coefficient influence at significant 0.01 level. The causal relationship model be able to forecasts the saving behavior for retirement of Ministry of Public Health at 42.30 percentages (R²=0.423)
