Factor affect Service Productivity and Performance Efficiency of Service Business in Phuket province

This research article aims to analyzed a causal model of factor affect service productivity and performance efficiency of service business in Phuket province. The study was quantitative research. The data collected by questionnaires from 325 Small and medium entrepreneurs of service business in Phuket province. The research sampling was convenience sampling. The index of reliability value was 0.923. The statistical analyzed data were percentage, mean, standard deviation and the confirmation component analysis.
The result of study reveals that the consistency index; Chi-square = 32.16, /df = 1.19, p-value = 0.20, GFI = 0.99, AGFI = 0.98, RMR = 0.01, RMSEA = 0.01 และ CFI = 1.00 was congruent with the empirical data which an according of hypothesis. And found that a good labor relation factors, working environment factors and happiness at work factors had influence directly to service productivity factors with affect size at 0.38, 0.54 และ 0.43, respectively at significant 0.01 level. A good labor relation factors, working environment factors, happiness at work and service productivity factors had influence directly to performance efficiency of service business in Phuket province with affected size at 0.43, 0.57 0.48 and 0.58, respectively with significant at 0.01 level. The performance efficiency of service business in Phuket province received influence indirectly from A good labor relation factors, working environment factors, happiness at work factors pass the service productivity factor with 0.05, 0.03 and 0.05, respectively at significant 0.01 level. The causal relationship model be able to forecasts the factors affect service productivity and performance efficiency of service business in Phuket province at 76.0 percentages (R2=0.76)
