The The Impact of an Adjustment of the Minimum Wage Policy of Small and Medium Entrepreneurs in Bangkok and Metropolitan area

Abstract

This research article aims to analyzed a causal relationship of the impact of minimum wage adjustment of Small and Medium Entrepreneurs in Bangkok and Metropolitan area. The research was quantitative. It was quantitative research. The data collected by questionnaires from 325 persons who the small and medium entrepreneurs. The research sampling was convenience sampling. The index of reliability value was 0.823. The statistical analyzed data were percentage, mean, standard deviation and the confirmation component analysis.

The result of study reveals that the consistency index; = 141.960, /df = 1.164, p-value = 0.105, GFI = 0.958, AGFI = 0.942, RMR = 0.114, RMSEA = 0.022 และ CFI = 0.983 was congruent with the empirical data which an according of hypothesis. And found that the impact of minimum wage adjustment policy of Small and Medium Entrepreneurs in Bangkok and Metropolitan area had the most influence directly from

policy setting factors, the secondly was the minimum wage adjustment with affect size at 0.71 and 0.94, respectively at the level of 0.01 significant statistical. While, the impact of minimum wage adjustment of Small and Medium Entrepreneurs had indirectly pass the minimum wage adjustment policy with 0.52 affect sizes. The causal relationship model be able to forecasts the impact of minimum wage adjustment of Small and Medium Entrepreneurs in Bangkok and Metropolitan area at 89.0 percentages (R²=0.89)
